Job Summary

The Team Lead (SaaS, M365) will own the design, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, End User Compute (EUC), and automation solutions. This leadership role involves managing a high-performing team, defining organizational standards, improving user experiences, and ensuring the secure and efficient use of workplace technologies.

The ideal candidate is both technically strong and strategically oriented, capable of driving adoption, defining best practices, and elevating the digital workplace experience across the company.


Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team managing SaaS, Microsoft 365, EUC, Marketing Technology, and Automation.

  • Drive team performance through clear goals, coaching, and continuous improvement.

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for technical and operational issues.

2. Microsoft 365 & SaaS Platform Governance

  • Oversee deployment, configuration, and operations of M365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

  • Define and enforce governance, security, usage policies, and onboarding frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and security standards.

3. End User Compute (EUC) Management

  • Lead device provisioning, desktop virtualization, patching, and endpoint security operations.

  • Enhance end-user experience through automation, training programs, and self-service capabilities.

4. Automation & Process Optimization

  • Drive the adoption of automation solutions (Power Automate, etc.).

  • Identify areas for workflow optimization and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate automation into business processes.

5. Technology Strategy & Innovation

  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the digital workplace stack.

  • Track KPIs for platform effectiveness, adoption, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide insights and technical recommendations to senior leadership.

6. Compliance, Security & Best Practices

  • Implement strong access control, data retention, governance, and audit frameworks.

  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and user guidelines.

  • Support risk and incident management activities.

7. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with business, security, HR, and IT stakeholders to align initiatives.

  • Communicate technology strategies, policies, and updates clearly across teams.

  • Drive transparency and alignment on major digital workplace initiatives.


Required Experience & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Power Automate.

  • Strong administration skills across SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive.

  • Experience managing EUC environments (devices, VDI, security).

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Leadership Skills

  • Proven experience managing IT teams and driving technical initiatives.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
