Role Overview

We are hiring SAP SD Consultants across two experience tiers (4–6 years and 8–10 years).
The role focuses on SAP Sales & Distribution configuration, issue resolution, process enhancement, and implementation support. Candidates must have strong functional understanding of SD processes and hands-on configuration skills.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Functional Expertise

• Manage end-to-end SD processes: Sales, Delivery, PGI, Billing, Outputs, Pricing, ATP, Intercompany Sales, Third-Party, Stock Transfers.

• Execute configuration, testing, and enhancements within SAP SD.

Implementation & Project Delivery

• Support or lead SAP SD implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and change requests.

• Prepare functional specifications for development teams (RICEFW).

Master Data & Tools

• Work with LSMW, BDC, and other tools for condition record setup, customer-material data, and migrations.

Integration & Troubleshooting

• Collaborate with MM, FI, PP, WM teams for cross-module integration.

• Handle incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and user support.

Documentation & Compliance

• Create configuration documents, test scripts, SOPs, and training materials.

• Adhere to IT governance, audit processes, and change control standards.

Experience Requirements (Role Options)

Option 1: SAP SD Consultant – 4 to 6 Years (Mumbai)

• Solid SAP SD hands-on experience (minimum 4 years).

• Strong understanding of SD configuration and order-to-cash processes.

• Exposure to data migration and support environments.

Option 2: SAP SD Consultant – 8 to 10 Years (Mumbai / Chennai)

• Deep functional expertise across SD sub-modules.

• At least 1 full lifecycle implementation or rollout.

• Ability to manage business stakeholders and lead SD deliverables independently.

Must-Have Skills

Candidates must meet the following:

• Strong SAP SD configuration experience across O2C processes

• Hands-on experience with Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, ATP, Intercompany, Third-Party, Stock Transfer

• Experience with LSMW, BDC, and condition/master data

• At least 1 full-cycle implementation or rollout (for senior tier)

• Cross-module integration knowledge with MM, FI, PP, WM

• Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills

• Ability to work with business users and global teams
