● Hire, mentor and devel our product designers. Ensuring we have the right skillset
throughout the design lifecycle – research, UX, visual execution.
● Drive the design team to be product and impact-focused.
● Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads and marketing teams to set the
direction.
● Instill core design principles and methodology of strong product design within the
organization.
● Build systems, teach skills, and foster attitudes across product and engineering teams
that helps the organization develop best-in-class product experiences.
● Own the design studio end-to-end, identifying opportunities for scale, defining the vision
and strategy for a leading design team.
