Job Summary

The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) / Communications Specialist is responsible for driving internal communication strategies and supporting IT infrastructure transformation initiatives through effective storytelling, content creation, stakeholder communication, and digital collaboration. The role focuses on simplifying technical concepts into engaging communication materials while supporting organizational change and internal engagement programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, engaging, and effective communication materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Create visually impactful PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling elements.
  • Write articles, announcements, newsletters, and updates related to IT initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint content calendar and publish regular communication updates.
  • Design communication materials, documents, and visual content using Canva and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve content creation efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage team mailbox, handle communication queries, and maintain response flow.
  • Coordinate internal sessions, seminars, workshops, and organizational events.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to maintain consistent communication tone, branding, and messaging.
  • Support organizational change management and transformation communication initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7.5 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation Programs, or Corporate Communications.
  • Strong expertise in business communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation design skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing internal communication channels such as SharePoint.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-friendly communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and digital technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and productivity enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience working with IT infrastructure or technology transformation teams.
  • Exposure to organizational change management frameworks and communication strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills across teams.
