Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and support of Coupa Accounts Payable (AP) automation solutions, including ERP integrations, data mapping, UAT, and multi-country deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design workshops with business and technical stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Define field-level data mapping for Coupa AP Automation and network integrations.
- Design and review integrations using APIs, REST, and SFTP.
- Support API notification flows, e-reporting structures, and custom integrations.
- Develop and execute UAT plans covering compliance, high-volume transactions, and end-to-end processes.
- Facilitate UAT workshops and support business users during testing.
- Prepare go-live readiness plans, including risk assessments, cutover, contingency, and rollback strategies.
- Resolve production issues and tickets within defined SLA timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of Coupa implementation experience in AP Automation and ERP programs.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, invoice automation, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, data mapping, and API/REST/SFTP integrations.
- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or JDE (JD Edwards).
- Knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, testing, deployment, and support SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global and multicultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Coupa implementation or platform certifications.
- Certifications in SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, Accounts Payable, or P2P.

- Willingness to travel for project deployments.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
- Ability to lead client-facing workshops and manage complex implementation phases.
