Role Summary
We are hiring Area Sales Managers – SPT to drive city-level sales performance, execution excellence, outlet expansion, and team supervision within the Specialty Pet Trade (SPT) channel. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing Territory Sales In-Charges (TSIs), ensuring daily coverage discipline, and strengthening retail presence across the assigned city.

Key Responsibilities

Own city-level sales, distribution, and execution targets

Manage and coach TSIs, ensuring daily coverage and discipline

Expand pet shop coverage on a weekly basis

Ensure strong in-store visibility including shelves, POP, and branding
-
Train store staff on product features and benefits
-
Conduct freshness checks, stock rotation, and stock movement analysis

Track execution metrics and improve outlet productivity
Experience & Skill Requirements

3–7 years of field sales experience in the pet industry

Strong understanding of local city markets and retail dynamics

Experience managing frontline sales teams

Strong execution, discipline, and people-management skills
-
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city
