Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM IT Business Systems Analyst (Level III / IV) to lead solution design, implementation, rollouts, and support across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules. The role focuses on Order to Cash and Schedule to Deliver processes within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
The position requires deep functional expertise, end-to-end implementation experience, and strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions

  • Participate in full lifecycle implementations and rollouts of Fusion SCM modules

  • Perform configuration, testing, and user training

  • Handle support tickets aligned to SLA standards

  • Work with technical teams on integrations and custom components

  • Act as bridge between business users and IT delivery teams

  • Drive Order to Cash and Schedule to Deliver process optimization

  • Support SCM solution design for manufacturing operations

  • Support integrations with Finance, CPQ, and third-party systems

  • Manage and support data migration from legacy ERP / Oracle EBS to Fusion SCM


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations as Functional Lead

  • At least 1 full manufacturing-domain implementation

  • Strong expertise in Order to Cash and Schedule to Deliver

  • Hands-on SCM configuration and support experience

  • Experience with ERP data migration projects

  • Experience with SCM integrations with Finance and CPQ systems

  • Strong SDLC and QA process understanding

  • SLA-driven application support experience

  • Minimum 3 years domain experience in supply chain / distribution

  • Strong analytical and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Supply chain domain background

  • Oracle Fusion SCM certifications

  • Manufacturing industry exposure


Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel for short project deployments

  • Flexibility to support global stakeholders across time zones
