Role Summary
We are hiring Territory Sales In-Charges (SPT) for a frontline field sales role responsible for store visits, order generation, product visibility, and relationship building across assigned territories. This role involves daily engagement with pet shops, ensuring product availability, educating retailers, and sharing market feedback with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Visit 15–25 pet shops daily within the assigned territory

Generate orders and ensure no out-of-stock (OOS) situations

Educate store staff on Zoomies product features and benefits

Track fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs at store level

Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising

Collect and relay store-level feedback to internal teams

Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Experience & Skill Requirements

1–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in pet care / FMCG / retail distribution

Strong communication, discipline, and execution skills

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city
