Job Summary
Develop, customize, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode programs and Application Packages.
- Design and manage Component Interfaces for application processing and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Perform application development, debugging, testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements, patches, and change requests.
- Conduct impact analysis and prepare technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in PeopleCode, Component Interface, and Application Packages.
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience in debugging, customization, and production support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and PeopleSoft Query.
- Exposure to Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, or Talent Management.
- Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, or migration projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
