Job Summary
The IT ERP Analyst III – Oracle ERP Supply Chain (Demantra) is responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions, specifically Oracle VCP and Demantra modules. The role focuses on techno-functional consulting, supply chain planning configuration, demand forecasting, system integration, issue resolution, and ensuring efficient planning operations across enterprise supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore support, implementation, and enhancement activities for Oracle VCP modules including ASCP, Demantra, and GOP.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Sales & Operations Planning modules.
- Manage data collections between Oracle EBS and planning systems using Oracle VCP architecture (ODS, ADS, PDS).
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to forecast accuracy, planning runs, and data collection failures.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, workflows, and interfaces for data integration and cleansing.
- Support monthly and weekly supply chain planning cycles including forecasting and plan execution.
- Provide post-production support, issue resolution, patch testing, and end-user support.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation using Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.
- Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT testing cycles and coordinate offshore testing activities.
- Optimize system performance and improve planning process efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP and Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle VCP modules including ASCP, Demantra, and GOP.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Demantra configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules.
- Expertise in PL/SQL development and database scripting.
- Experience with Oracle Forms and reporting tools such as BI Publisher or OTBI.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle VCP architecture (ODS, ADS, PDS).
- Experience in demand planning, forecast consumption, and statistical forecasting models.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for data collection and integration issues.
- Ability to work independently in offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in Supply Chain or Planning modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or migration projects from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
