Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager – SPT to lead regional revenue growth, distributor management, and sales team performance across the West and South regions. This role will manage multiple cities and Area Sales Managers (ASMs), drive distribution expansion, and ensure strong market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own and achieve regional sales targets and distribution depth

Appoint, manage, and develop regional distributors

Lead, guide, and mentor ASMs across 3–4 cities

Plan and execute monthly activation programs and roll-out strategies

Conduct market audits, outlet productivity reviews, and competitive intelligence

Improve product visibility, execution quality, and sales effectiveness

Track performance metrics and ensure disciplined field execution
Experience & Skill Requirements

6–10 years of field sales experience, preferably in pet care / FMCG / consumer products

Strong experience in distributor management and team handling

Proven ability to manage multi-city operations and regional targets

Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills

Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
