Role Overview
We are looking for a Communications & Platform Support Specialist to manage enterprise intranet platforms (Liferay) and support internal video communication and newsletter channels.
The role combines technical platform administration, content enablement, user support, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless internal communication and a smooth digital workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Liferay Intranet Portal Management

Manage site updates, page structures, user permissions, and content workflows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure intranet content is accurate, engaging, and user-friendly.

Troubleshoot platform issues in coordination with IT teams.

Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to improve usability and performance.
2. Video Communication Platform Support
-
Provide technical support for internal video hosting, playback, and distribution platforms.

Assist content owners with uploading, embedding, formatting, and distributing video content.

Coordinate with IT/AV teams for video formatting, accessibility, and platform compliance.
3. Newsletter Services Support

Support creation and delivery of internal newsletters using Outlook, Mailchimp, or enterprise tools.

Ensure correct formatting, link validation, and audience-list management.

Provide basic training and troubleshooting to newsletter contributors.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation
-
Act as a point of contact for internal communications platforms and digital workplace publishing requests.

Maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles for intranet and communication tools.

Collaborate with IT, HR, and corporate communications teams during internal campaigns and announcements.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.

2–4 years experience in digital content management, intranet support, or IT-enabled communication roles.

Experience managing Liferay CMS or similar enterprise content management platforms.

Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS for content troubleshooting.

Familiarity with video platforms (Stream, Vimeo, internal video servers).

Exposure to newsletter tools (Outlook Campaigns, Mailchimp, or enterprise mail platforms).
