Company Description

Global Capability Center of a parts specialist for quality parts and accessories for material handling, industrial vehicles, and construction and agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities:
AI Product Ownership and Vision
● Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for AI products that align with
business strategy and digital transformation goals.
● Prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and readiness.
● Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions: from idea intake to industrialized
deployment and monitoring.

Stakeholder and Business Engagement
● Act as the main point of contact for business teams regarding AI product needs and
priorities.
● Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand pain points and opportunities
where AI can bring value.
● Translate business problems into clear AI product requirements

Collaboration and Delivery
● Work with AI Engineers to ensure models are scalable, production-ready, and
integrated into business systems.
● Own the AI product backlog, manage sprint planning, and support agile delivery
processes.

Governance and Compliance

● Ensure ethical, legal, and compliant use of AI across all use cases.
● Work with AI Governance and Data Governance teams to ensure responsible AI
standards are applied (e.g., bias detection, explainability, monitoring).

Change and Adoption
● Coordinate enablement and training efforts for business users on AI products.
● Track adoption, collect user feedback, and iterate product features accordingly.
● Partner with Data Ambassadors and Business teams to maximize impact and value
realization from AI solutions.

Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● 6+ years of experience in digital product management, with at least 2 years focused
on AI products.
● Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix/global setup.
● Experience working with Engineering teams in developing AI solutions.
● Exposure to AI governance, data privacy, or model monitoring practices is a strong
plus.
● Experience in a Capability Center, Shared Service Center, or coordination role in a
global enterprise environment is preferred.
