Job Summary
The Compliance Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing compliance operations, training administration, partner assessments, regulatory controls, and confidential compliance processes. The role ensures adherence to compliance programs, supports investigations, manages reporting activities, and collaborates with multiple stakeholders across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer compliance training programs and online learning modules.
- Conduct compliance assessments of business partners and distributors.
- Ensure quarterly compliance controls are tested and followed.
- Handle sanctions screening alerts and related activities.
- Provide administrative support to Compliance and Data Protection teams.
- Respond to customer and internal compliance-related inquiries.
- Prepare monthly compliance progress reports for management.
- Maintain and update records in whistleblowing systems.
- Take meeting minutes during investigations and securely manage documentation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an international organization in regional or global roles.
- Strong understanding of compliance programs and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong confidentiality and ethical judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Law, Economics, Finance, International Business, or related fields.
- Experience with IT tools and AI solutions for workflow optimization.
- Exposure to global compliance processes and governance frameworks.
