Job Summary
Senior Test Manager responsible for test strategy, automation, manual testing, defect management, and quality engineering across global sales applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Define test strategies, quality standards, and quality gates.
- Create test plans, schedules, scope, and testing readiness.
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Automate regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Execute functional, integration, and manual testing.
- Manage defects, triage, root-cause analysis, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate UAT and business validation.
- Manage stakeholders across products, markets, and global teams.
- Provide release readiness assessments and quality reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Test Management and Quality Assurance.
- Strong hands-on test automation experience.
- Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Test strategy and test planning.
- Defect management and release support.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global/distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- API testing and automation.
- CI/CD integration.
- SQL and database testing.
- ISTQB certification.
- Automotive, Sales, or CRM experience.
Other Requirements
- Strong AI and automation mindset.
- Experience coordinating multiple products, markets, and testing scopes.
