Job Summary
SAP FICO Functional Consultant responsible for SAP Finance production support, incident resolution, financial process support, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Support AR, AP, GL, reconciliation, and financial closing activities.
- Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and financial postings.
- Perform RCA and drive corrective actions.
- Support testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams.
- Support audit, compliance, and process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong SAP FICO functional experience.
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, and Cost/Profit Center Accounting.
- Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance.
- Production support and incident management experience.
- RCA, SLA, UAT, testing, and change management experience.
