Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM IT Business Systems Analyst (Level III–IV) with strong expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) and Schedule to Deliver processes. The role involves end-to-end implementation, rollouts, configuration, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
The position requires strong functional leadership, solution design capability, and collaboration across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze business requirements and propose cost-effective Oracle Fusion SCM solutions

Participate in full lifecycle rollouts and deployments of Fusion SCM modules

Perform configuration, functional testing, and user training activities

Resolve support tickets aligned with SLA and quality standards

Collaborate with technical teams for design and validation of integrations and custom components

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams until requirement closure

Lead solutioning and optimization for Order to Cash and Schedule to Deliver processes

Support SCM integrations with Finance, CPQ, and external applications

Handle and guide data migration from legacy ERP / Oracle EBS to Fusion SCM
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience in minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations as Functional Lead

At least 1 full Fusion SCM implementation in manufacturing domain

Strong expertise in Order to Cash and Schedule to Deliver modules

Extensive hands-on experience in Fusion SCM configuration and support

Experience handling data migration from Oracle EBS / legacy ERP

Hands-on experience with SCM integrations with Finance, CPQ, and third-party systems

Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and SLA-driven support models

Minimum 3 years domain experience in supply chain and distribution functions

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments
