Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager (L5) is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and high-performance delivery across IT functions. The role involves leading technical teams across application architecture, development, maintenance, release management, and automation while ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration and business alignment within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-performing IT teams across application maintenance, operations, and infrastructure.

Drive people management activities including goal setting, performance evaluation, and development planning.

Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams globally.

Ensure seamless execution of projects across multiple regions with effective coordination.

Required Skills & Experience
- 12–17 years of experience in software/IT industry.
- Strong experience in program management, project delivery, and team leadership.

- Knowledge of financial products and application ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and IT operations.
- Experience in capacity planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
