Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager (L5) is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and high-performance delivery across IT functions. The role involves leading technical teams across application architecture, development, maintenance, release management, and automation while ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration and business alignment within a financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-performing IT teams across application maintenance, operations, and infrastructure.

  • Drive people management activities including goal setting, performance evaluation, and development planning.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams globally.

  • Ensure seamless execution of projects across multiple regions with effective coordination.

  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Ensure quality through review of requirements, design, and technical documentation.

  • Drive innovation, process improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.

  • Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to security and regulatory standards.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, diversity, and continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 12–17 years of experience in software/IT industry.
  • Strong experience in program management, project delivery, and team leadership.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of financial products and application ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and IT operations.
  • Experience in capacity planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage global teams and work in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in automation (RPA) and emerging technologies.
