Job Summary
The AI Application Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions for enterprise and truck-related applications. The role focuses on building AI models, integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, developing scalable applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI models and algorithms for applications such as predictive maintenance, routing optimization, and intelligent systems.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and systems ensuring compatibility and scalability.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Perform testing and validation of AI models for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Research and adopt emerging AI and machine learning technologies.
- Document technical solutions and present outcomes to stakeholders.
- Provide support and troubleshoot AI-related production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI development.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Expertise in Python and modern development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with FastAPI development.
- Knowledge of orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, and MCP.
- Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development.
- Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and web services.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and database optimization experience.
- Experience with DevOps tools including GitHub, GitLab, Git Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software design patterns (Builder, Factory, etc.).
- Experience with cloud deployment and infrastructure management.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of workflow automation using N8N.
- Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools.
