Job Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer will manage and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, SCOM, ADFS, PKI services, PowerShell automation, and Entra ID-related operations. The role requires advanced technical troubleshooting, adherence to ITSM processes, strong documentation practices, and proactive improvement of infrastructure reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
Windows Server & AD Administration

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
-
Manage Active Directory, domains, OUs, user accounts, group policies
-
Handle domain services and ensure secure and stable operations
-
Maintain accurate documentation for servers and AD configurations
DNS, SCOM, ADFS & PKI Management
-
Administer DNS infrastructure
-
Monitor IT systems health using SCOM
-
Support ADFS configurations, federation issues, SSO monitoring
-
Manage PKI operations (cert requests, renewals, service monitoring)
PowerShell Automation
-
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts
-
Automate administrative tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Entra ID / Identity Services
-
Perform monitoring and support for Entra ID Connect & Entra ID
-
Resolve sync issues, access issues, and escalate complex L3 items
-
Work with Microsoft Graph for identity and automation activities
Security, Compliance & ITSM

Ensure infrastructure security and compliance across Windows & AD
-
Follow ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Request Management)

Provide advanced troubleshooting support for critical incidents
Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with new technologies and best practices

Recommend improvements to strengthen infrastructure performance and security
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing Windows Server & Active Directory environments
