Job Summary
Develop and integrate Linux kernel components for Android platforms, focusing on device drivers, hardware peripherals, and low-level system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Linux kernel components for Android platforms.
- Develop and integrate device drivers for cameras, audio, sensors, and displays.
- Debug kernel and hardware integration issues using JTAG, KGDB, and ftrace.
- Support Qualcomm and MediaTek SoC-based platforms.
- Optimize kernel performance and system stability.
- Support Android HAL integration and system-level development.
- Assist with factory tools and production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in kernel development.
- Strong C programming skills and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Hands-on Linux kernel development experience on Android.
- Experience in device drivers and low-level hardware integration.
- Familiarity with JTAG, KGDB, and ftrace.
- Exposure to Qualcomm or MediaTek SoCs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in kernel performance measurement and tuning.
- Contributions to the upstream Linux kernel community.
- Knowledge of Android HAL and system integration.
- Experience with factory tools and production environments.
- Background in automotive or other embedded systems.
